Air not blowing out panel.

My blower doesnt blow through the panel, either on panel setting or when the AC is on. Instead, air is directed though the windshield vent. Oddly enough, when the panel/floor setting is selected , air does blow through the panel. Any ideas on how to fix this?

All other settings work as they should.

one thing that doesnt mention, that i ran into on mine, was that instead of the vacuum coming off, i had the lever come unhooked

Its a vac line under the hood, I believe its the gray one.
