I'm looking to meet some fellow CSVT owners in the socal area. Im located in Ventura County and would be up for scheduling something. A sunday drive...... some coffee....... a meetup.... whatever.

i wouldnt mind to have a little meet but good luck in trying to get more then a couple people there. i know Nerawkas (matt) would go if he is free, thats three of us. what did you have in mind?
 
nothing spectacular, to be honest, just a few of us would be fine.

these cars are getting so rare that I'd just like to check out some other ones and see what mods are done that I may want to do....

i'll let this thread ride out for a week or so, and if we get nowhere, then oh well. the next time i'm going through irvine i'll let you know. thanks for responding.
 
well I'm not in Irvine any more I got to change that. I'm in Pico Rivera its in the san gabriel valley. Your more then welcome to come by and check out the csvt you can see from my sig that its modded out a bit. If you weren't so far away I would suggest to meet up and go to cars and coffee out in Irvine its a small car show sunday mornings. It ends early i went a while back when i was going to school out there if i remember correct it ends around 10:30-11:00 im not sure though i just know it was early. Well if you decide you wanna have a small meet let me know I'm down or if you're in the area give me a call matt (562) 639-2930
 
Come to Cal Speedway at the end of the month. I think its free to get in. I'll be there all weekend. It would be cool to have a few tours show up. I should have mentioned in my other post that spectators are welcome at the event. I'll do that now.

ill have TWO contours pretty soon :crazy: though one will be fore sale shortly. anyone know someone looking to buy a 3liter contour? :shrug:

I already have 2 contours :crazy: You should buy one of mine, then you will have 3, I hear that's how many all the cool kids have!! :laugh:
 
The California Speedway this weekend would be great, I just got a hookup with a NASA official and he told me I can get a ride in the pace car, I will be taking pic's and video, so lets do this peeps.:cool:
 
every thursday night the local foci folk get together in northridge. there are a handful there and about 5 of them are actually boosted. i go every now and then but havent taken the csvt yet because it is still being worked on. some of the foci come from about 50 miles away.
 
I'm driving on both days. Just got the schedule. First session is at 9:40, second one at 11:45. Here's the full schedule. Spec Miata race is at 3:20 for good racing and Super Unlimited is at 2:15 for ridiculous cars. PM me if you're coming and I'll send you my number.

I didn't get a garage, but I might see if there are any available tomorrow. Otherwise I'm gonna bring a canopy to have some shade. I'll let you know where I set up.
And you might recognize the car if you went last year. Hopefully I'll have a better run with it.
