lol, I just now got around to doing the first oil change on the 3L, just shy of 1K miles. Changing out the trans fluid this weekend.

Why would you change it? Not like it has assembly lube. Add RP from the get go. You don't change it out when you buy a new car. Waste of $ IMO.

Thought I read a post somewhere about Terry recommending a break in period and fluid change. I used ATF and now switching to RP. Maybe unnecessary but it wasn't too costly for the ATF.
