I bought a house!

The house is in Upper St. Clair, 3 bedroom, 2 car garage. It's a ton of house for the money. It's on a busier road, really close to Rt 19. Thats why I got such a deal. Condition is spotless. It doesnt need anything at all. It looks like a brand new house.

Very excited!
 
Congrats !!!!!!!! There is nothing in the world like spending all that money to become a maintenance man :laugh:. Kinda like buying a Contour to become a mechanic.

I am in Bethel Park often, I might stop by one day.

Was it a foreclosure? A lot of those around nowadays. Did you go through a realtor or just happen to drive by and see the For Sale sign?
 
Thanks everyone! No, it wasn't a forclosure. I had looked at one or two and they would've needed more work than I'm capable (or willing to pay) of doing. I did work with a realtor to find it but I did most of my own research through internet listings.
 
Sounds like a good reason to have a PGH get together when the weather is nice.
Not that I'm great at knowing the area yet, but thats a nice area, congrats.
