You mean Rear Control Arm, Front part?
If so it was like $45 at tousley ford

There are two "control" arms. The front is the bigger, more heavy duty one. The rear just controls toe in/out...

on teamfordparts.com it is $146.00 so the time you add shipping and duty. I guess it just as well suck it up and go to the dealership.

yeah, they only list the rear control arm or the flat bar .the front control arm is heavier , shaped like a piece of channel or u shaped. Oh well!!!!!
