Spotted :silver CSVT w/CF hood at Berkshire mall

I came out of the Sears at the Berkshire mall this afternoon and saw a silver E1 CSVT with a carbon fiber hood and a shocker sticker on the front fender (up by the headlight) . Other distingushing features are a break in the front spoiler held together with zip-ties , and a huge tachometer down by the center console . It was parked nearly nose-to-nose with the MILF-wagon , so it immediately caught my eye .

Who was it ???

I saw the same car today in Shillington. I was waiting for the light going south on Lancaster Ave and Museum Road. He turned off Museum onto Lancaster going north. I waved and he waved back. The car sounded sweet!!!

I spotted the car again on monday , IIRC . I was out test driving a tan MGB near work . Young(er) dude driving it ...

For some reason that SVT sounds familiar to me. I can't place where I've seen it or who owns it though.
