Did you consider fiberglassing over the pats light / clock / "contour" hole and just leave a hole for the pats led?

That would look super clean, but i didn't want to loose that screw. I was scared it would rattle. I did however sand down the 'contour' down, so now its smooth and looks pretty clean.

LOL, thanks. I'll probably be putting it in soon. I have to pick up a few fittings for the oil PSI gauge and then I'm ready to go. I'll post final installed pics as soon as I finish up.

His is less glossy as i recall. That was the "find low spots" coat that i sanded out before the silver paint went on.

I see what you are saying. The flash makes the color come out more than in any other light. It looks pretty close in person.
