who does paint?

So a few months ago someone dinged my car in a parking lot, didn't leave a note or anything of course, and did some damage to my rear bumper. I've been sitting on a new(ish) bumper that needs to be painted, but been too busy to get around to it. Anyway any recommendations for shops or even people that would hook me up on this? by the way this is on the lexus, not the SVT, if that makes any difference.

kinda far but i work at Westland Car Care Collision on warren road just east of hix road. we can repair it if needed and respray it. pm me for more info.
