Death of my SVT...from your "Troll"

Well, guys and gals, I haven't been on here for quite some time....being on Active Duty with the USAF has a weird way of doing that. But, i had to post so I could tell you guys of the demise of my SVT Focus. It's funny, myself and two guys from NETC (one is an ASE Ford tech and the other an Engineer) had just completed a timing belt change, a water pump replacement, and SCT was updating my peformance file for my XcalII and THIS happens..here's a link from the NETC forums for the grim details:(

I hope everyone is well, and, as my son Colin pointed out "Hey, maybe you can buy another SVT 'Tour if they total your Focus....I know how much you missed yours."
 
Wow that sucks man. Glad you were ok. I'm suprised there was no air bag deployment. There is quite a few 'tours for sale in the New England area. :rolleyes:

That's good to know about the elkster's cars....Colin turned 15 (!) this summer and is looking for a 'Tour anyway, so one or both of us may be in the market. I'm frankly stuck on this car:

I drove one when they first came out...my best friends uncle had one with 5k on it and was DUMB enough to lend it to us for the day....I think he's STILL pissed! "Why are the rear tires bald???" LOL!!:)
