What is "etesed or saftied" ?
249K kms = 155K miles so if it runs and drives even halfway decent I would jump at that deal. At that price you're gonna expect a fixer upper

If its $1450 I imagine its probably pretty well beat up. If the body and interior is in good shape and the engine runs good and the trans has no grinding, thats a good deal.
