IIRC you won't need to compress the springs. Also, don't have to deal with FWD riffraff. On the rears, just a few bolts, disconnecting the e-brake cable, and the hub can be yanked right off.

If it doesn;t come right out, cause mine didn't. Just get a big pry bar and jerk them out. It is very easy to replace them and it should take no more than
3 hours top.
lossen bolts
jack car up
take wheels off
losen the pin bolt behind strut
lossen the top bolts holding strut in place
compress spring if needed
bang arm down if needed so the bottom strut can be yanked out
Strut sitting on a metal tab might might not come off easily. Use a pry bar and pry that thing off.
