How does the Bullit Fuel Door Mount?

I want to add the Bullit fuel door to my car but before jumping in I'd like to know how they install. I can't find one locally to look at.

Any help would be appreciated!

Best way is to mount it to the inside cup, the how-to worked great. There is a link if you use the search. I have a thread that contains if you use the advanced feature.

I didn't use the inside cup. I just didn't feel like messing with it. I (VERY CAREFULLY) fastened the cover to 4 of the tabs inside the opening. I removed the fake nuts and matched up 4 of them to the tabs. You have to be very careful to make sure the cover fits inside the fender opening just right. I then used the same style of nuts from Sears Hardware to fasten it in. They corrode every couple of years and need to be replaced. I had Buckshot powdercoat the cover cause it started to look bad too.
