1999 SVT. I'm having problems with my climate control fan (correct term?). It will only work on high. Other speeds give me nothing. Suggestions where to begin to diagnose problem? Thanks.

Blow resistor on the blower motor, in the passenger footwell.

Thanks. Do you know if FORD will still cover this under the recall? Does the recall cover the labor as well? Thanks again.
01M07 Extended Coverage Program for 10 years/150K miles whichever occurs first.
If not covered, you are looking at $20 for the parts and one hour labor $100. Or spend 10 minutes to do it yourself free of labor charge.
