moosing when cold

my 98 SVT is moosing when cold, but when it warms up, it seems to go away, unless I turn on the A/C. I have the bagpipe fix. Does anyone know what I can do to make the moose disappear? :shrug:

Also, sometimes it helps to clean the IAC. At least it doesn't hurt.
