OMG, I don't think anyone's ever thought of that before!
The SHO motor looks great but that's about it. 73hp/liter isn't that great anymore. even your SVT motor makes 80hp/Liter
Get a reliable, abundant, replacement part having, duratec with a decent tune and you'll be better off.

Yeah, seriously - if you're going to go through the trouble and huge expense of making something incompatible fit - find a better motor.
