ok so my buddy has a 8k hid kit that hes gunna give to me when he sells his car but im just wondering, how bad is glare with stock housings and HID's? i mean im not going to kill anyone am i?

so gimme some imput here and maybe some pics too. thanks

Just make sure they are aimed well. Do not use the factory aiming recommendations when using HIDs. It will be too high and cause a glare to other drivers. Start low and work your way up by driving around and testing. Just the slightest adjustment can cause the light beam to go way up.

I have 5000k and my friends say they hate driving in front of me at night.

They're very bright.. but i have never been flashed by oncoming cars. Aim them a little low :)

I have the 4300k kit. They are awesome :)

I love them, i will never go back to stock headlights. it would be an insult.

Who ever doesn't have hid's should get them. Or pm me and i can hook them up. :)

Stock lights are around 4.3 in light projection

The hid's i have are around 8.0

Twice the light and some, you can light the headlights higher and they just keep lighting up the street more and more.
