w/mil eliminators should i still be getting that code on my 99 svtc?

I don't think so. Either you fail at installing them or it has gone bad :laugh:

Which is why I say it may have gone bad. It has happened before. IIRD, Redlinracer12 recently posted a thread in Duratec Performance.

You might have a misconception about MIL eliminators. The only problem they mask is cat efficiency codes, That would be P0420 and P0430.

Of course they affect this code! P0141 is a circuit fault code. So it is entirely possible that there is no longer a good electrical connection...

You are right. That is a problem with the rear bank downstream O2 sensor circuit. It could be the O2 sensor, the wiring, or the MIL eliminator.

I was thinking that was an upstream sensor code, so I looked it up.

Do, in this order.

1) Check/clean the Bank 1 firewall side lower O2 sensor connector.
2) Check/clean the mileliminator connector.
3) Need new mileliminator
4) Need new O2 sensor.

yeah,i changed the o2,still waiting to see if that code comes back:shrug: the eliminator may have been dmaged during the ypipe install...either way i found a how to on a mustang forum for soldering in line the resistors you need.
