chopped the muffler

I chopped the muffler and have the stock resonator, sounds a lil raspier than yours but same tone.
 
what this goon should do, is get a pipe with a tip to replace his ghetto mufflerless setup

Then instead of buying a fart can or something for back there, he should go onto ebay and order Magnaflow part number 14414 cut out his resonator and replace the stock resonator with the magnaflow one, Trust me, its an awesome setup, for one crusing around town you REALLY hear it when you get on the gas pedal, and for two, when you are on a road trip, you hardly hear it which is awesome because with a fart can you get drone like a MOFO and after 30-40 minutes of driving get wicked tired of hearing it.

I know thats what I should do, and its what I'm going to do. But alas Free>$67. At least I didn't waste the money on a fart can unlike most guys my age. $67 is almost my insurance payment of $83. I got debt to pay back before I start spending much of anything on my car.
 
I have a full 2.25 inch exhaust with a fart can at the end and you can't hear it at cruising speed. :shrug:
 
well for now i got a 90 degree bent tube to put it out the side just so it'll pass inspection...

i dont think its half bad for 32 bucks for the glass pack, 5 bucks for the bent tube for the side, and idk how much for the tip, plus 6 bucks in clamps, and free to hollow the cat and 10 bucks for gaskets...

Is the Zetec exhaust routing different from the SVT exhaust? From glancing under my car, I was under the impression that the resonator had offset inputs and outputs.

That one above is the SAME one I ordered, and the same one thats under my SVT right now too.
