1995 SE 2.5 with mtx.
While parked and reved the rpm's always return to normal.
But when driven, the rpm's always stay at the last highest rpm before I shift.
I've been downshifting in order to lower the rpm's.
My understanding is it could be the IAV (idle air valve), TPS (throttle position sensor) or a CIS (clutch idle switch).
I have tried 3 'good' used IAV's but no luck.
What's your best guess.
