So I went to put washer fluid in the SVT the other day, opened the hood and found this pouring out:

Pulled the hood liner back a bit and found where it was coming from:

So I decided to pull the hoodliner off and found this:

I guess someone thought it would be a good idea to make a nest in an engine compartment. Would have been a fun ride for him every day to work.

I set a trap by the bag of birdseed that he got into and had him the next morning.
I'm just glad that he didn't appear to do any damage to the wireing, or anything else.
So if anyone was looking for another reason to remove the hoodliner...there it is.

I had a mouse problem similar to that one. Cept mine made a little nest under my cowl:nonono:

Be careful with those things, they will chew threw your wiring harness and spark plug wires like nothing! might want to consider parking your car someplace else

Ya, I move it out to the shed. Got home late the night I got the seed and didn't feel like going out to the shed with it. Day after I forgott about it. Oh well...lesson learned.
I'm also keeping set mousetraps in the garage now.
