Cushions swappable?

Quick question, guys...

I've got a '98 with manual, cloth seats. Does anyone know (for certain) if the seat cushions can be swapped between the driver and passenger sides?

Yes, I could answer this myself by disassembling and trying it out, but I'd like to save myself the time and effort, if possible.

I need to get the driver-side seat cushion re-foamed and it'd be easier to drive around without a passenger seat for a while, than have the entire car laid up.

I don't think they're a whole lot different. At worst, the leather/cloth may not cover the foam totally, but it should work well enough to make you comfortable.
 
Eh, I might not have been completely clear. All I want to do is remove both seat cushions (the part you sit on, in their entirety, not just the cloth cover) and swap them.

Unbolt, swap, rebolt. Can this be done, or are they dinstinctly right and left hand units?
