I have ST200 wheels and using 12" FSVT rotors & Warmonger's kit with stock calipers.
You can see there is quite a bit of clearance, my Baer kit (on my Mustang based Cobra) has a whole lot less room 13" rotors/17" wheels.
If you need a measurement I'll be happy to help...

Im planning to get the warmonger kit in the back. But Baers in the front. Hopefully this happens within the next 3 weeks... then ima save for 18" rims....
