1991 Ford Contour

Drunk/high threads
Guys, the mods of the NE section all discussed and we came to the agreement that ALL drunk/high posts be deleted and locked from now on.

This has come to pass due to recent actions by members and concerns of others.

im pretty sure most of the people on here knew about it

Really?? I've been watching these forums for awhile now and never saw it mentioned and I even did a search before I posted to make sure it wasn't covered somewhere...

Oh well, for those who didn't know about it...enjoy. I found it interesting and thought I'd share.

Maybe the styling didn't carry over but the name might have.

Recently someone posted about it in the general discussion forum and I've seen multiple posts about it, I just thought you were drunk and BSing because most people say "concept" somewhere in there, you know, because it was a concept that had nothing to do with the actual Contour.

Have you been drinkiing? Heavily?

LMAO!!

That car is hideous!!!

Thankfully, it was just a concept.

Rod, you didn't forget that I was going to buy the Contour that is sitting in your garage, did you? I've got the cash, $10 right?

i was saying what the hell to you posting a random thread and admitting you're wasted

Easy there tiger, he was joking. ;)

Many of us in this section know Rod, it's all good. Honest.
He's just having some fun.

That's why I posted in the NE section....everyone I know here is so cool, laid back and fun...well almost everyone!

Anyhow...regardless how you view the concept car, it is considered a 1991 Ford Contour, and it did sell for $33,000 at a well known auction, so who's to hate anything relating to Ford Contours like that!!

I'm surprised the selling price was so short of the $75,000 - $100,000 estimate based on what concepts have sold for at other auctions.

Stay tuned, it may cross the block again in the future...LUCA you may have a 2nd chance!!! :)

It is a 91 for sure. Amazing how different the concept and the actual Contour are and that was a good thing.

It probably sold for less because someone thought they were buying an Escort concept. :D

No second chance for me... I'll pass, thank you. ;)

i dont think it looks that bad. definetly doesnt look like a contour though. looks like a saturn in the front.

i just want to know if Johnny law got your blood alcohal level before almost giving you an infraction lol!!!!!!!! the poor guy was just tring to get a laugh out of his findings on the net and bring it to others attention and also to get people to have some fun around here. Sorry for venting once again but there is a fine line you must walk before you push people into leaving what was and still is an awsome forum board for enthusiasts to this site and the contour.
