17's are 14lbs. which is till signif. lighter than the svtf rims. esp when you consider that for every 1lb you save on unsprung rotating mass is equal to 5lbs so if you save 10 per wheel,your car will "feel" 200lbs lighter

Wheel weights are definitely overlooked way too much when it comes to performance. What good is it to make lots of power if you use heavy 25+ lbs wheels?

This is what my trak lites looked like on my MCS. I wanted to put them on my SVT but they have a different bolt pattern.

very true. after running a set of 13.8lb rx7 fd rims on my last probe gt(stock were 21-25lbs) i swore to never run a aftermarket rim if it wasnt light again

Consider tire weights too. There can be as much as 5 lb difference in tires of the same size but different manufactures.
