Contour mentioned in C/D

Dec 2006 edition of car and driver mentions the Contour!

Not sure if anyone else picked up on it yet or not.

On page 38, and it mentions the platform switch of the Mondeo to the same platform as the Volvo S80.

"The Mondeo now derivies from the same platform as the Ford S-Max and Galazy minivans and the Volve S80, which means its a front wheel drive and a bit larger than the Contour you so fondly remember." - C/D

Just another tid bit, in all the excitment for the respect of our cars, I totaly forgot, the whole point of the mini article was because of the 3rd redesign of the Mondeo. Ford unleashed the 3rd generation Mondeo concept in wagon form for the paris auto show.
