exhaust leak..?

Here is a video of my predicament.. i don't understand how this sounds like it has or is about to have a spun rod bearing.

the first segment is me bringing up the rpm's slowly and keeping it constant for a second, then i did a few short rev bursts, then another slow rpm climb. there is no ticking during the slow climbs, but is quite obvious during the short bursts.. am i lookin at an exhaust leak? or bad lifters?.. thanks in advance!

thats hard to tell, it doesn't sounds like an exhaust leak to me ...

Now that I hear this, it doesn't sound like ticking at all, or any kind of knocking... might be my computer speakers, but it just might be an exhaust leak...

the ticks were there. they only came up during the short revs. take a listen again. its like 3/4 towards the end. they started at 0:14

i think it sounds a lil different in person, but either way, if it was a bearing issue, wouldn't it be knocking/ticking/making some kind of fugly noise during the slow rpm climbs too? But at the same time, i can't really understand how a leaky head gasket can make that ticking.
