Trans range sensor??

Well, another check engine light came on. It seems that the OBD2 code showed a faulty transmission range sensor? It started acting like the tranny was slipping.

Any ideas? I checked with the local parts dealers and Ford is the only source.

What was the exact code? How many miles and what engine?
