ok since i have searched i cannot find the torque spec for the sheered bolt. can someone give me the torque spec please?

my appologies it is the 7mm shift tower bolt that always breaks/ sheers off. i have extracted the other half and found the bolt head in the tranny. got really luck it fell straight down. took less than 10 seconds to find it. 
here is a picture of the bolt. i dont have one of mine but this is which one it is... the red one...
