saw an e1 sf csvt with PA tags in Delaware.
it was parked in the christian school parking lot
looked stock?

im not positive if its a true Pa driver or if its a visitor or someone who moved and didnt update plates.

saw the same SF CSVT again today. so they might be a local with PA tags. i'm probably gonna drive by it later and post-it the mirror or something.
