im curious as to what some of you had for your first cars....beat up, multi-colored....it doesnt matter if you dont have pics just throw out a description...i have a vivid imagination...as for me...

1979 grill, 33"s, 302 miss that truck too. Maybe one day I'll buy it back from my dad and give it the treatment she so deserves.

When we rebuilt the motor many moons ago, I had decided I'd wanted the truck some green color. The one in the engine bay. Then somewhere down the road I came across a new chip book that had a new metallic red so we sprayed the back of the cab and drivers door in that color. I think that was when I joined the Air Force and that was pretty much the last of the body work.

Purchased in March 2001 with 24K miles on the odo. Some pics here (from the sig).

My first car "titled in my name" was a 1995 Probe GT, bought in college (2002). Shortly after, it fell apart and was sold, and the Contour was given to me.

1978 Cadillac Coupe DeVille, faded grey with some rust, and spot where the red primer was starting to show through. 425 big block caddy engine choked by emissions equipment, wire wheel covers, and enough room to fit at least 4 or 5 of my friends comfortably. Bought her for $600 cash when I was 15. I have pics around the house, I'd just have to scan them, no digital cameras back in 94-95, lol.

Yes, the '68-'69 GTOs are great. I always wanted to find a '64 Goat, but was never able to find a fixer-upper in my price range.

hmmm first car given to me was............in late 96 i got my liscense and my mom gave me her 94 scort'
first car titled in my name was when i went to college in 99,94 eclipse.
first car i actually had to make some payments on was my 96 contour se.
i've got photo's of the eclipse and contour i'll upload later.

ok you guys are gonna laugh but here it goes
1st car late 98: 1997 chevy cavelier, no pics but im sure everyone has seen one, biggest pos ever of course I did beat the piss out of it as I was young and dumb

2nd car early 2000: 1989 chevy camaro rs=real slow!, seriously it was a nice car I kept it clean here is a crap pic of it ill see if I can find more

3 on and off between winters: my late grandparents olds 88, it was a tank and kept on running!

4 in 2003: my 1997 eagle talon, great car until someone smashed into it and totalled it

5 in 2003: my 1998 eclipse hardtop 5speed. cool car except timing belt was about to snap so I got rid of it before it became a money pit

6 on and off winter beater: 1995 merc sable burned oil faster then you could poor it into the car, transmission ended up being the death of it

7 in 2005: 1993 chevy beretta. cool car had 17's lowered 5 speed just bought as something to tide me over

8 in 2006: 1997 eclipse spyder. great summer car had to get rid of due to getting married :help:

9 current car: 2000 contour svt I will own until it dies!
