I had a problem with a person named Eric Laine - here's his website and information. I sent him money for a clutch and he just never sent it, no matter how many emails or phone calls. It's been over 18 months. Now he just avoids every call and email.

You actually dealt with your dispute on the phone? I thought Paypal only dealt disputes/claims through email. At least thats what they told me when I contacted them by phone.

I dealt with them on the phone as well, they took all the info and they did all the work..granted this was 3-4 years ago..
