I need a welder

I am in need of a local welder to weld a flange onto an aluminum pipe for me. The flange will be arriving in roughly a week so I want it done soon after that. I will of course pay what you think is fair. If you can weld aluminum or know someone within a half hour or so of Livonia, let me know. TIA
