cant be done without extensive modification, the mondeo front end was way different in terms of bumper, fenders, and headlight on ther 97-2001 models. It was flatter than on the contour, the reason the contour's was more pointy was due to crash test issues in America, so they elongated it to improve the rating.
That bumper, my guess, is going to be a custom design made by the engineers whom designed that car. The closest thing you can get here to that is an SVT bumper, then putting a Mirko Splitter on it.
