occupy your time while the CEG was down?

Me, I was on every car forum that I am a member of. Boring... :zzz:

Today Ken and I went out for a ride and then called a fellow CEG'er and his wife. We got together for dinner. :) Fun night. Can you guess which CEG'er? :D

As soon as I got home I refreshed the CEG page and it was up and running again.

What kept you occupied? Keep it PG rated! ;)
 
My day was lame! Just a big combination of bad timing. I was supposed to get my cars inspected in the morning, but instead stayed home in case the Comcast guy arrived early. He got here 2:30PM. Then I went out to eat, and dogsit a coworker's 1y/o Labrador (so cute, I forgot how fun young dogs are) and got back home around 10pm.

I did register on NECO, been meaning to do that for a while. Spent most of my time on that site. I also did some more unpacking, the living room actually looks like an apartment now rather than a storage unit.

Tomorrow's the last day the cars are legal without inspection. :eek:
 
Worked a nice little 12 hour shift...then played NHL 08 (amazing game) and slept the rest of the time.... I also started ripping apart the car to fix my little shift linkage problem:mad:

Actually Spent friday have a **** hole of a school day...I have a Linear Exam, which went great, and by great I mean horrible. I skipped my acting class cause I didn't leave the exam until 5 after 11 and the class is 10 minutes away on the other side of campus...went to physics to hand in my homework from the week, found out that most of the class f'ed the homework from the week before...Went to Stats got our quiz back and got a 0/30, received zero partial credit and it was on two problems...

So then I got depressed, snagged a girl's number from my class so that at one point we might be able to sit down and work out some problems for stats cause she got a 5/30 :blackeye:

Friday night, went home, had a photo shoot of my car and the mailbox on the hood, almost decided to drink :rolleyes:, went out to the garage sanded the cavy got a **** load of bug bits and passed out around 9pm!

Saturday Painted the cavy, ran out of paint...ran out for paint, finished painting, sanded, more paint, farted gunmetal grey from all the spray dust I un-intentially inhaled.

Went for bday dinner with the rents the waitress bought me a drink :laugh: I ate too much, had cake at home, went for liquir, met an old friend at the liquir store (he works there lol!) Found out my old manager from the grocery store was suppose to get married Friday, but 30 minutes before the wedding his parents house burned down because the neighbor (parents live in the double) had a grease fire :nonono:


So last night I got 3 dvds as gifts, was told I would have gotten a low grade arc welder from the rents, but harbor frieight was out :cry: So its on layaway and I have cash on hand! :laugh: ...then it was time to watch dvds and a little drinky drinky...which ended as less drinking and more watching farce of the penguins cause it is more disturbing sober...

I did some stats homework all through out the weekend, I hoping to pull my ass out of the gutter to get a better grade on the exam :blackeye:

Oh and my vinyls came in from parked car, but thats a secret no one can see! Mainly cause I've been running around like a squirrel with his nuts on fire and didn't get to the contour yet (which is also dirty :cry:)

Yeah sorry I owe everyone 4-8 minutes of your life back, hit me up at the Oct, 6th meet! :laugh:

Well I was forced to do work and actually interact with customers, however that did sell a car or two. Woot woot....more money in the pay check!!
 
well I headed to my parents to open the house back up after there vaction before they got home. planned to install the warmonger brake kit but decided not to. I then started painting my eyelids. Had to run out for some clear coat, decided I didn't want to use the 500 degree ceramic clear coat that I had and while I was out stopped to check in and see my grandmother. I then ordered out some pizza from my favorite local place and had a beer with the pizza. I then spent the rest of the evening after the boards where back up reading her, FCO and NECO. I also cleaned up after everything that I did yesterday.
 
I think Scott wins the prize. Damn! That was a :censored: two days. :(

At least the waitress bought you a drink. ;)
 
I was surprised to find the forum up when i went to work on friday, but it went down while i was browsing it....it was down a little longer than they said it would be, but luckily yesterday was the UFC PPV so i kept myself occupied with the pre fight bbq and such.
 
I researched the hp gains from some dyno plots for the Comptech Icebox I just ordered for the TL-S...:drool: Also, I spent time on Acurazine looking at pictures of modded TL's...their boards suck and there's too much rice on there that people actually think looks cool...:shrug:
 
Friday- had to wake up for my 8am class which we had a test and took me 30 mins to do so i went back and slept till english. after english went and washed the car. damn brake dust doesnt come off!! sat around bored. around 10 went to the frat which was having a party like they usually do. had a bit to drink but i had to watch my friends girl friend, her friend and another one of my girl friends. babysitting sucks. well we are going to leave and the stupid girl driving runs the blinky red light right in front of the cops!!! needless to say we had 7 people in the car so they were supicious. well the brealized all of us. we ranged from .00 to .112. sadly we are all 18!. so he was like well u might get an underage u might not. everyone in the car was freaking out but i was calm so who knows. i can pay fines but my license is priceless.

Saturday- well i woke up at 2. layed around and drank 2liters of soda with my lunch of pizza rolls. went to a friends house for alittle. went to this little dinner which had the best and cheapest food ive ever eaten while at college. we drove to a party(i wasnt drinking) chilled there saw sum friends. keep seeing the same chick everywhere i go. yet im alittle girl and cant actually go and talk to her. left there and went home.

Today- checked ceg did laudry and might go back to uptown dinner for a breakfast dinner.

this weekend sucked.
