Knocking sound?

I have a 99 CSVT, and I am getting this knocking sound when changing gears, seems to get louder when shifting not sure whats the problem anyone know?

Also how much for a new o2 sensor?

I know that the MTX-75 (manual trans) in the contour is a bit noisier then most 5 speeds. But if its a knocking sound that you can feel... than you might need a new motor/trans mount/roll resister.

yeah, you havent really explained the problem very well.

Like i said its a noisey transmission, I can hear mine whenever I shift gears too, it sounds very mechanical.
