PATS Problem

For a CSVT 98
My mecanic tells me that the transceiver Antenna, the one that goes around the ignition rod is dead and need replacement.
I have been trying to locate one on the net, but to no avail. The part No. I have does not macth anything except for a couple of sites in Europe. Turkey if you can believe it. The part number I have from the part itself is
98BP-15607-AB.
So I wonder if anyone can help me find a place were I can get this part.

"Part numbers" printed on any part are not the replacement part number, they are numbers for an engineering, purchasing, or manufacturing spec.

Most dealers have acccess to the cross-reference.
