Nice Black Contour in Palmyra/Hershey Pennsylvania... anyone here??

today on the way home from work i saw a really nice black Contour with a decent looking body kit on it. when i drove by it i revved my engine a little bit... is it anyone from the site???

IIRC, his name is Ramone. Very nice guy! Sweet ride too!
He knows about the CEG but doesn't post here. He may check in from time to time though.
