1995 Merc Mystique GS 2.5 6cyl 24 valve

State inspection failed, partly due to Sway Bar Links needing replaced.

I purchased both of them from Advanced Auto Parts

DOES ANYONE know of a "how to" page or site I can use to figure out if I can do this on my own?

*IF* it is possible for someone to do it themselves, how easy/hard is it? What SPECIAL TOOLS are necessary?

Is it the front or read links? The front are extremly easy to replaced with simple hand tools. I havent done or seen the rears done but I was tightening mine this morning and it looks like a very easy task as well.

Well then you are in luck, they are EXTREMLY easy to do, jack up the car and remove the wheel and its just 2 nuts, they are soooo easy and shouldnt take you more then about 10 mins each side, just make sure they are torque'd to spec.

Use an adjustable wrench to hold the stud from turning clear through, especially when installing your new ones. If they spin clear thru, you will ruin them.
