Saw a silver SVT yesterday on the eastbound Dulles Toll Road around 10:30am. I was the t-red....pullled over on the shoulder....immediately in front of the virginia state police car....with its lights on....writing my 75/55 ticket....sigh.

Might be the same guy I saw outside of Leesburg a while back. Cart, are you in and around Ashburn from time to time? I've seen a T-red several times up that way.
No, I'm not normally in Ashburn. I'm usually between Point of Rocks bridge and Crystal City, either via Greenway or Rt28 in MD, depending on traffic.
Ashburn meet! I'll be heading down in a few weeks, staying at the Embassy Suites on Waxpool.

I think I've seen that Silver CSVT, I think it has mud flaps? Appeared to be a couple inside. This was east bound on the greenway
