replacing roof skin

metal im looking at a svt that was recovered in detroit and it looks like someone was dancing on the roof

Well, I think it'd be expensive since you'd more than likely need to remove the front and rear windshields. Then you have to peel up those rubber strips on the outer roof line to drill out all the spot welds.
I'm speculating though...

well the windshield has a rock crack already so it would be coming out no matter what and i have the welder and drill so i have the tools i'm j/w how much of a pain it is to actually do it and if i can drill out a skin off of a scrap car or if i have t find a new one somewhere

Well, visit a local junkyard and tear those weather strips off the roof and have a look. I'm sure they won't mind. =P
