Alternative Performance?

Have any of you guys dealt with Alternative Performance, or atleast know someone who has?

I purchased a used SCT Xcal2 with a tune from them, for my F150. I'm waiting for a tune from Troyer Performance, who has a 2 month waiting period. I'd just like to know what kind of rep this shop has before I even hit the dyno with their tune to see how worthy it is.
