Electrical prob horn and 4 way

I was going into the harbor tunnel today and was stuck in trafic so i put the car in park.
When i went to go it was stuck in park and wouldent go into drive. So i pulled it hard and made it go into park and noticed i had no horn or 4 way flashers eather. I replaced the fuse for the 4 way and horn but when i put the flashers on it blows the fuse.

Sounds like you have a short in the wires somewhere which is making the fuse blow.

Check the fuse box under the dashboard. Especially Fuse 24 - 15Amp - Light Blue - for Brake lights.
