clutch and flywheel

don't kill me I did some research but I have to ask

it seems some of you have problems with spec cluches.
it is expensive 399 + 400 for flywheel.
my question is
what is the good alternative for a cluch and stocj flywheel for 3l or even turbo 3l.
spec stage 1 and stock flywheel----- will it work well.

Well if you're going with turbo 3L there's not much that will stand up to it except a SPEC III. I'm running an SVT clutch and fidanza flywheel in my 3L right now and it's great.

About 1000 miles on my spec stage 1 and fidanza flywheel turbod 2.5L. Not sure how long the clutch will last...
