There is a pretty good do it yourself carwash right where you get off I81.
It is right behind the Chrysler dealer at 22 and North Mountain road. You turn left at the light on 22 (instead of right to get to Hoffman) then turn left at the first road after the dealership.

I will be in Lancaster for an autoX so I can't even stop to visit this year.
