I have searched and read, and repeated.

Everyone seems to have had success cleaning the UIM/LIM. What is the easiest way to do this. I understand removing the UIM/LIM and such. Then is carb cleaner the best, mineral spirits, Haleys' Comet particles?

Ask a lazy guy to do it and he will find the easiest way, well...I'm lazy!

get the information from all the forums and figure out the LAZIEST way to alter the proper way this site suggests.

Thanks for the link and sarcasm...I appreciate all you help. I will probably just remove the UIM/LIM and clean them without any possibility of debris or cleaner making it to the cylinders...thanks again.

It will also eat bathroom tubs, sinks, and anything else plastic.

It will marr and eat the finish on SVT UIM's, and car paint as well. DAMN GOOD STUFF!

Just keep it out of the cylinders otherwise the engine may lock up. If that happens, or you happen to get a bunch in there, pull the plugs and spin the engine to blow the solvent out.
Cover the plug holes so you don't blow it all over you and the car!
