Prepping 3l block

So i've been running into nothing but broken links in the old forums trying to find the right info.
can some one please point me in the right direction?

I'm looking for details of what exactly needs to be modified on a 3l block (w/ 3l heads) for proper fitment into the contour engine bay... some "ears" that need trimed?

Make sure you check into the front engine mount before you get to far along. The bolt sizes might be different on the 3L. You can tap them out or get the Cougar mount.
