Magnaflow universal converters high flow?

Looking at a model 91006 2 1/2" I/O universal Maganaflow universal converter. Are these units high flow? I can't seem to find a solid answer.

I was about to warn that very little, if any, gain would be realized by changing out an already good flowing stock converter, but Pole likely knows that already...
 
high flow, ba, only if you have a cat that is clogged.

After i ripped my high flow cat out. I gained more all threw the rpms.:cool:
