IAT sensor Relocation!

Has anyone done the IAT relocation? I just bought an adapter and a filter, i now want to know what do i do with the sensor in the stock airbox?

Some people cut a hole in the rubber neck (part that you clamp on MAF adapter) of the K&N and just stick in it there.
