for the last year the fake crome strip on my mystique has been peeling away and it looked horible. well I was finally able to get another one to replace it and the car look 100 times better again ...

at the moment I don't have a pic of how bad it was online so this will do for the moment

tell me about it, i like the whole almost looking new again, just need to break out the wax tomorrow if we don't continue rebuilding that engine with my dad ...
 
wow that peeling looks worse than I remembered it.
Definitely a nice improvement.

My chrome bumper strip is starting to get nasty too. Mine matches all the huge chips in the hood, so I'm in no hurry to replace it. ;)
 
Definitely looks nice. My mystique had that same problem when I bought it, but I just ended up peeling off all the chrome and painting it black.
 
I hated the chrome strip. I peeled all the chrome off mine and painted it body color. It no longer looked like the car had a moustache...big improvement!
