MAF Adaptor help

got the maf adaptor from CTA motorsaports the other day and thre K&N came in tonight and the maf adaptor is to big for the K&N. Did CTA send me the wrong one or is there some special way to put this thing on? please help asap

if you are sure you have the right parts then try heating up the rubber lip on the filter with a heat gun or blow dryer. then when its still warm it will fit on easier. try that.

You didn't mention in your PM that the filter was too small, then of course, you have the wrong filter.

ahh my bad chris..yeah the filters to small even though it said for CSVT. I guess ill just have to find a universal one that fits. Would the flange for it need to be 3 1/4" or slightly larger?

yeah you guys got off lucky. i had to install a bomz intake on my friends infinity. now thats a pita. it took me 3 hours
